Welcome to Zeigler Ford Parts. 

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using this website ("Site"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

1. ABOUT US. This Site is operated by Zeigler Ford Parts, an authorized Ford dealership selling genuine Ford, Motorcraft, and Ford Performance parts and accessories. "We," "us," and "our" refer to the dealership. "You" refers to the customer.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION, AVAILABILITY, AND PRICING. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions, availability, and pricing. However, errors may occur, inventory changes in real time, and manufacturer specifications can change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, shipping, handling, or fees unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors and to cancel or refuse any order (including after an order confirmation) that results from an obvious error, a pricing mistake, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or limits on quantity. If your order is cancelled for any of these reasons, you will receive a full refund of amounts charged.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment that we received your order; it is not an acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs only when we ship the product. Until acceptance, we may limit, reject, or cancel the order at our discretion.

5. FITMENT, VIN VERIFICATION, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY. The VIN, year, make, model, engine, and trim information you provide determines which parts we ship. It is your responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information. We strongly recommend providing your 17-digit VIN for every order. Parts returned because incorrect vehicle information was supplied at checkout are subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges described below. Fitment tools on the Site are provided as guidance only and are not a guarantee of fit.

6. PAYMENT. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that the payment method is yours and has sufficient funds. Authorized charges will appear on your statement as a charge from Zeigler Ford Parts or its payment processor. Sales tax is calculated and collected as required by applicable law.

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to us within five (5) business days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Oversized, heavy, or freight items may require additional handling and time. International shipping is not available unless stated.

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. Unless marked non-returnable, most parts may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery subject to the following: (a) parts must be in new, unused, uninstalled, and resalable condition in the original manufacturer packaging with all hardware, instructions, and labels; (b) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our parts department before any return is shipped — returns received without an RMA may be refused or delayed; (c) return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective part; (d) a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) may apply to returned parts; (e) refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. The following are not returnable except for manufacturer defect: sheet metal, frames, windshields, electrical and electronic parts (including modules, sensors, relays, switches, and programmed components); special-order and custom-ordered parts; parts that have been installed, painted, modified, or damaged after delivery; paint, chemicals, fluids, and hazardous-material items; items sold "as-is" or clearance/final-sale; and core-exchange parts that are missing, damaged, or contaminated.

10. CORE CHARGES. Some parts (such as remanufactured components) include a refundable core deposit. To receive a core refund, the old core must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, be the same part that was replaced, be drained of fluids as applicable, be free of damage beyond normal wear, and be shipped in the original packaging. Cores returned outside these conditions may receive a partial refund or no refund.

11. SPECIAL ORDERS. Parts identified as special order at checkout are ordered for you from the manufacturer and are non-cancelable and non-returnable once our purchase has been placed, except for manufacturer defect.

12. CANCELLATIONS. Orders may be cancelled at no charge before shipment. Once shipped, the return policy above applies. Special-order parts cannot be cancelled once our order has been placed with the manufacturer.

13. WARRANTY. Parts are covered by the Ford Motor Company Service Part Limited Warranty as set out in the Warranty Disclaimer on this Site. Except for that express warranty, parts are sold "AS IS" and Zeigler Ford Parts disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeigler Ford Parts and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any part, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the specific part giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

15. INSTALLATION. Unless installed by an authorized Ford or Lincoln dealer, you are responsible for proper installation, including use of a qualified technician, proper tools, and current Ford service procedures. Improper installation will void the warranty and may create safety risks.

16. EMISSIONS AND REGULATED PARTS. Certain parts are subject to federal and state emissions, safety, and environmental regulations. It is your responsibility to verify that a part is legal for use in your state and on your vehicle. Parts not legal for highway use in your state should not be ordered for on-road installation.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Site, its content, logos, images, and marks — including "Ford," "Motorcraft," and "Ford Performance" — are the property of their respective owners and are protected by U.S. and international law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

18. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and hold Zeigler Ford Parts harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any part, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

19. FORCE MAJEURE. We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, supplier failures, carrier delays, weather, internet outages, pandemics, or government action.

20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the county where the dealership is located, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

21. CHANGES. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
