Privacy Policy
Zeigler Ford Parts respects your privacy.
This statement summarizes how we collect and use information when you buy parts from us online, by phone, or in person.
Information we collect. We collect information you give us at checkout and in customer service (name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, vehicle information including VIN, and payment details), information we generate about your order (order history, returns, warranty claims), and information we collect automatically when you use the Site (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and cookies or similar technologies).
How we use it. We use your information to process and ship orders, verify part fitment, handle returns and warranty claims, communicate about your order, prevent fraud, improve the Site, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing message.
Payment data. Payment card information is transmitted directly to our PCI-compliant payment processor over encrypted (TLS) connections. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
How we share it. We share information only as needed to run the business: with Ford Motor Company for warranty, recall, and fitment support; with carriers for shipping; with payment processors and fraud-prevention providers; with service providers who operate the Site and our email systems under confidentiality obligations; and when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or property. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for core functionality (cart, login), analytics, and — where you have consented — marketing. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices. You may contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to recordkeeping we must retain by law. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with consumer-privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right to appeal a denied request.
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Children. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Updates. We may update this statement; the current version is always posted on the Site.
