Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Zeigler Ford Parts. All parts on this invoice are sold subject to the following policy:

Returns: Most parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our parts department. Parts must be new, uninstalled, and in original, resalable manufacturer packaging with all hardware and documentation. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items: sheet metal, frames, windshields, electrical and electronic parts (including modules, sensors, relays, switches, and programmed components); special-order and custom-ordered parts; parts that have been installed, painted, modified, or damaged after delivery; paint, chemicals, fluids, and hazardous-material items; items sold "as-is" or clearance/final-sale; and core-exchange parts that are missing, damaged, or contaminated.

Core charges: Cores must be returned within 30 days, match the replaced part, be drained of fluids, and be free of damage beyond normal wear to qualify for a core refund.

Fitment: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate 17-digit VIN and vehicle details. Parts returned due to incorrect information at checkout are subject to restocking fees and return shipping.

Shipping claims: Loss or damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
